Let’s start with what you can expect from us and how our process works:

  1. Intake Form – first, fill out an intake form on our website. It’s just a few questions so we can get a feel for what your needs are.

  1. Client Discovery Call – we’ll schedule a call to get even more info. It will help us understand your goals so we can brainstorm and come up with a solid plan for you.
  2. Proposal – no, we’re not putting a ring on it. But we will have some ideas ready for you.
     • Options based on your budget – our team will put together a plan that fits within your budget and aligns with your goals.
     • Project Timeline – we’ll provide a timeline for the work and will make sure to include time for approvals and feedback.
     • Description of our Process – the description will depend on what we’re doing. It will look a little different for web development or search engine optimization.
• design phase
  1. Kickoff Call – this call will help ensure we’re on the same page and ready to start working.
     • Stakeholders – we’ll need to know who will approve content, design, and provide feedback.
  2. Outlining – an outline of what we’re doing, why, and how.
     • Content Strategy – a plan for content from images to text and calls to actions to engage your clients and drive traffic.
     • SEO strategy – a list of industry and product-related keywords to use within your content that will help you rank in search engines. 
     • Wireframing – Think of this as a visual of the outline—a quick reference as to how the content will be organized and laid out. 
     • Feedback Intervals – we’ll meet with stakeholders for feedback and approvals Requires Approval to move forward
  3. Mockups – Designs will be created based on the outline we established.
     • Mockup options will be created – we will give you options based on the notes we’ve taken and our recommendations.

• production phase
  1. Production – based on your feedback, we’ll refine the mockups to design and develop a final product.
  2. Develop Website / Finalize Design – our team will produce and finalize the project. 
  3. Feedback Intervals – we’ll meet with stakeholders for feedback and approvals. Requires Approval to move forward
• post production
  1. Handoff – Once everything is approved, we’ll hand over all the final files as well as the designer working files. We can set the site up for you or work with your IT team.
  2. Hosting & Support Plans – Our team can manage your assets and host your site. A great option if you don’t have an in-house web developer.
